Now Download any theme effects from our site - 20 Cool Theme effects for symbian

Open rompatcher and apply Openfor all and C2Z or E2Z patches (if you not have romepatcher then get it from hack Symbian download link)
Note:- Every device have different C2Z patch you can create it with this application and apply by rompatcher - C2Z Maker

You will found effects folder in achived folder (that theme effect folder you downloaded) place that to C:/resources

Now go to menu/settings/theme/general/theme and go option then choose theme effect and select ON.
