Yes now you can, Rrgrrg and DrunphO make it possible.
Installations:
1. Copy the "private" folder to c:\ or e:\ (if u have spb shell in memory (NOT RECOMMENDED)
2. Copy "SpbShell_20028b16.reg" to c:\system\apps
3. Open spb shell , restore from ICS.set
For better results use given wallpapers in downloaded folder.

HELP ! Nothing is simular to the picture ?! what should i do.. i do all the steps and the icons dont change like in the picutre ?!
