The Sony Xperia S is a seriously high-end device, powered by a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in flash memory. The large 4.3" display has 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, giving full 720p HD playback capabilities. On the back is a 12 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, and there is a secondary 1.3 megapixel camera on the front for video calling.There are lots of Sony enhancements built in to the Xperia S, including an Exmor-R enhanced image sensor, BRAVIA engine enhanced graphics, xLoud and TrackID music enhancements, integration with Sony's entertainment services and the Xperia S is also PlayStation certified.
The Lumia 900 will have a 4.3 inch AMOLED touch-screen, 1.4 Ghz dual-core processor, 16GB of onboard memory and an 8 mega-pixel camera with a lens from German optics specialist Carl Zeiss, a front-facing camera for videoconferencing. Lumia 900, which is geared to run on AT&T's high-speed LTE network, would be "heavily promoted" in all off the carrier's 2,400 U.S. stores. It's also less than half-an-inch thick.Like all Windows Phones, it uses Microsoft's Metro interface and Live Tiles, which display real-time updates from social networks, e-mail, messaging, and other services, directly to the home screen.

The DROID 4 does look a little different from the DROID 3, most of the big changes are under the hood. The DROID 4 boosts the dual-core processor speed to 1.2GHz from 1.0GHz, doubles the RAM to 1GB from 512MB and the DROID 4 now supports LTE 4G data. Other features are pretty similar to the old one - there is a 4.0" 540 x 940 pixel display, an 8 megapixel camera on the back with 1080p HD video recording plus a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front for video calling. The slide-out QWERTY keyboard is quite large and still has a dedicated row of number keys, although with the DROID 4 the keys also glow in the dark.
4. LG Optimus 3D Max:
The display is a 4.3" 480 x 800 pixel glasses-free 3D touchscreen. Inside is a dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal flash memory. The Optimus 3D Max has an HDMI port, supports NFC communications and this is an HSPA+ capable device, giving a maximum download speed of up to 21Mbps if your carrier supports it.All the usual Android features are here including WiFi, DLNA, USB connectivity, Bluetooth and GPS. Inside is a relatively large 1520 mAh battery, and the LG Optimus Max is 9.6mm thick and weighs 148 grams.

The HTC TITAN II is an upgrade to the Titan announced just a few months back, but this time adding 4G LTE support and the highest resolution camera of 12 Mp. Most of the other features are unchanged - the TITAN II packs a large 4.7" 480 x 800 pixel display, it has a 1.5GHz processor, 16GB of internal flash memory and the handset runs Windows Phone 7.5. The TITAN II has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, plus a 3.5mm audio socket and GPS for better usage.

The Galaxy S Advance is a pretty decent handset and is still better than most Android devices in use today. There's a 4.0" 480 x 800 pixel AMOLED display, a dual-core 1GHz CPU combined with 768MB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera on the back plus a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front, and the Galaxy S Advance runs Android 2.3.Internal flash memory is either 8 or 16GB and it also comes with a microSD slot. All the usual features are here, including GPS, WiFi and 3.5G support plus a few Samsung specific software add-ons on top of the usual Android application base. Inside is a large 1500 mAh battery, and the whole package weighs 120 grams and measures 123 x 63 x 9.7mm.
